Parents: If you do not remember your password, please use the "Forgot your password" link on the login page. This will be the fastest way to reset your password.
If you are unable to use the "Forgot your password" link, please send an email to email@example.com requesting a password reset. The email must come from the email address we have on file for you, and in the body of the email include your name and your username, and state that you are requesting a password reset.
Depending on staff availability and current workload, within 2 to 3 business days you will receive an email containing a temporary password. Use this password to logon to FWA, and you will be prompted to change your password. Enter a new password and confirm it. On the line for the old password, enter the temporary password you received via email.
Students: The password you use for FWA is the same password you use to logon to a computer at school. If you do not remember your password, you must be at school and have a teacher call tech support to get your password reset.

If you do not yet have a Family Web Access Account, please contact your child's school to be sure we have your correct email address on file. If you have children in multiple schools, only one school needs to be contacted. This must be done either in person or by phone (not email) so your identity can be verified.
